We aim to provide quality, holistic care in an atmosphere of respectful informality , enabling our residents to live a full and contented life tailored to the maximum extent of their individual ability. Our staff are trained to give a high quality care to our residents. On-going training ensures our knowledge is research based and up-to-date. We actively encourage all our staff to take advantage of the training opportunities available for them. All staff undergo induction training and take part in a customer service programmed to ensure residents are given high quality service in a respectful manner, whilst still establishing a friendly relationship.
