Millstream group acquired Halfway House in 2010.  It has been a local landmark having been a public house or brewery since 1749.  It got its name for being halfway between London and Holyhead on Telford's turnpike.  The present buiding dates from 1900 and has been carefully restored to its historical significance.  It currently houses Millstream Pharmacy- Tettenhall, a dental practice and two residential units.

Millstream group also owns the NHS premises for Woodrow Medical Centre.
